A nice little oasis in the quiet part of Pontoosuc. There are empty lots on both sides of the property.

We are a riverside village on the Mississippi. There has been some flood damage in the adjoining neighborhood showing various stages of rebuilding. There is also a train that goes by in the distance. I think it’s far enough away it’s charming but wanted to make sure you were aware. 

We have a new deck with a grill and gas fire pit. We also have a place for a real fire pit right by the river. There’s plenty of firewood available for you to use.
